Founders Profile
Nikunj J. Parekh - B.Com, FCA, FCS
- Nikunj Parekh is the Founder of the firm and has more than 5 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing and consulting profession. He is an ardent finance professional who is well versed in tax laws, commercial laws, company laws, accounting and auditing standards, management consultancy etc.
- He qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 2011. Prior to becoming a Chartered Accountant he did his post graduation in commerce. He also qualified as a Company Secretaries from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India in the year 2014.
- Prior to commencing of practice, he was working with one of the big four accounting firms and during his tenure there, he gained hands on experience in the field of Audit and Assurance and Corporate Laws.
Tejal Parekh - B.Com, FCA
- Tejal Parekh is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 8 years of experience in the field of Indirect Taxation and Internal Audit. She did her graduation from R.A Podar College of Commerce & Economics at Mumbai. She heads the firm’s indirect tax practice.
- Prior to joining the firm, she was working with one of the leading Shipping Group of Company – Transworld Group of Companies and during her tenure there, she gained hands on experience in the field of Indirect Taxation
- Earlier to joining the industry, she was associated with Crowe Horwath. During her tenure there, she gained experience of Audit, Assurance and Taxation
